At Elite Equestrian Riding, we are committed to providing high-quality English riding lessons and exceptional customer service. This Refunds and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which customers may request a refund for riding lessons or related services purchased through our website.

2. Refund Policy for Riding Lessons

Lesson Cancellations by the Customer

  • Full Refund: Customers who cancel their scheduled lesson at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the scheduled lesson may qualify for a 50% refund or rescheduling, subject to availability.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson are not eligible for a refund. However, in cases of medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances, refunds may be granted at our discretion.

Lesson Cancellations by Elite Equestrian Riding

  • If we need to cancel a lesson due to weather conditions, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

3. No-Show Policy

  • Customers who fail to attend their scheduled lesson without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

4. Refund Policy for Packages and Memberships

  • Lesson Packages (Multiple Lessons):
    • If a customer cancels before starting a package, a full refund is available.
    • If lessons have begun, refunds will be prorated based on the number of lessons completed, minus a 10% administrative fee.
    • Packages are non-transferable to other riders without prior approval.
  • Monthly Memberships:
    • Customers may cancel at any time but must provide a 7-day notice before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
    • No refunds for partially used months.

5. Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, customers must:

  2. Provide details, including:
    • Booking confirmation number
    • Date and time of the scheduled lesson
    • Reason for the refund request
  3. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
  4. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

6. Fees and Additional Costs

  • Refunds may be subject to processing fees charged by payment providers.
  • If rescheduling requires additional fees (e.g., for peak hours or special instructors), customers will be informed in advance.

7. Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Special event bookings, such as clinics, unless canceled by Elite Equestrian Riding
  • Missed lessons due to customer tardiness or failure to comply with safety requirements
