- Cancellations by Elite Equestrian Riding:
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel lessons due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, trainer unavailability).
- If we cancel a lesson, customers will be given the option of a reschedule or full refund.
6. Code of Conduct
- Riders must follow all safety guidelines provided by instructors.
- Proper riding attire, including helmets and appropriate footwear, must be worn during lessons.
- Abusive behavior, harassment, or disregard for safety rules may result in immediate expulsion from the lesson without a refund.
